What are Robotic Crawlers?
Our high-definition robotic crawler camera are designed to thrive in an environment of water and sewer pipelines. These cameras are equipped with full-function pan and tilt controls and record in color. This enables the technician to view and capture recordings of larger diameter pipe ranging in size from 6 to 24 inches by using a hand held controller in real time while images are displayed onto nearby high-definition CCTV screen.
What are Manual Lateral Push Cameras?
Push cameras are compact, hand-operated precision pieces of equipment that can be deployed from hard-to-reach places into small pipe diameters. They are operated from a stationary user viewing a high-definition CCTV screen. This allows the operator to see and record any clogs, intrusions, breaks etc., and any other possible structural damage in the pipeline. Manual push cameras enable the ability to detect and pinpoint the location of otherwise unidentifiable problems.
What is a Vertical Pole Camera?
Our pole camera gives us the ability to perform a 360° inspection of a vertical structure, such as a manhole or vault. The images taken are high resolution, so the structure can be inspected for the most subtle imperfections.

ACS Underground Solutions performed a camera inspection for Harvard University located in Allston MA. The inspection was requested to check the integrity of their newly installed high temperature hot water system. The pipes were 30″ PVC in diameter and ran approximately 2000 feet. During the inspections it was noted that the pipes were clear of any debris.

ACS Underground Solutions was commissioned to conduct video inspections of storm and sewer lines at West Point Military Academy in West Point, New York for the Pershing Barracks project. The lines range in diameters from 6″-36″ with an average inspection length of 250 feet. ACS technicians had to access lines through a system of manholes more than 6 feet deep. At that depth OSHA requires Confined Space Entry.
